Acceptable Use Policy

Hitmakr helps creators generate music videos, visuals, AI-assisted songs, and related media. This policy explains what is not allowed and what creators are responsible for before publishing or distributing outputs.

Prohibited Uses

• -Uploading or generating content you do not have the right to use.
• -Creating illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, or threatening material.
• -Generating deceptive media of a real person without appropriate rights, consent, or clear disclosure.
• -Impersonating another person, brand, or organization in a misleading way.
• -Attempting to bypass content filters, token pricing, rate limits, or provider restrictions.
• -Using automation, scraping, shared accounts, or bulk generation to abuse the service.
• -Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with platform security.
• -Using outputs in a way that violates law, music rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, or platform terms where you publish them.

Creator Responsibilities

• -Keep proof that you own or are allowed to use uploaded songs, lyrics, voices, brand assets, and reference images.
• -Review AI-generated outputs before publishing, especially where a person, brand, venue, or copyrighted work may be recognizable.
• -Use disclosure where required by law, platform policy, contract, or audience expectation.
• -Comply with third-party provider terms that apply to generated music, stock footage, model outputs, and distribution platforms.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend projects, restrict generation features, refund or withhold tokens, or terminate accounts when we believe this policy has been violated. We may also preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests where required.
